The founder of Pro Mold has accumulated more than 20 years’ experience in this mold fabrication industry. In 2015, Pro Mold Precision Engineering was established with plant area 1200 square feet to serves better the customer of northern region Malaysia. Currently, we have total 15 employees, of which high and intermediate technicians account for 70% of the total number. ​We have a professional QC team that starts QC from the time the raw materials enter the factory. There are 4 inspection procedures in the production process, which can completely guarantee the quality of your products.

Advanced production facilities

The company has equipped with 4 high speed CNC machines, 2 high accuracy EDM spark machines, 2 milling machines and 2 grinding machines. The company always adheres to the policy of "quality first, excellence work". By implementing high technology and advanced production equipment, and strives to continuously improve its own technical level. Ensure to provide customers with stable and high-quality products and services on time and efficiently.

Made of high-quality materials

Our molds are divided into compression molds and liquid silicone injection molds. The steel is mainly p20 steel, and the mold life is up to 500k shots. To obtain high hardness surface layer structure, he mold can be hardening treatment. The hardness of the surface layer after treatment can reaches 57-60HRC and mold life can reach more than 1 million shots.
